Bright yellow with green reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of green apple and citrus with notes of spices. Light tannins. High acidity. Complex and traditional sparkling wine in style. On the palate, dry, refined, shows nice acidity nuance in texture, touch of brioche and vanilla, hint of minerality and yeast, delivers three fruit characters, fine bubbles, nice complexity. It has a medium finish.
