Full bodied white wine. Deep ruby red in colour, on the nose, aromas of blackberry and plum with notes of spices. Silky tannins. Well-balanced in acidity. Bold and structured red wine in style. On the palate, fleshy mouth, structured and balanced, good length, touch of cedar, powerful modern red. It has long finish. Pairs with beef and venison. Serve at : 15-18 °C.
